Deleting your data
Last updated: 14 August 2026
You can remove your data yourself at any time. Here is exactly what to do and what happens.
Disconnect a single social account
Sign in, open Accounts, and press the delete button next to the account. Its access token is deleted from our database immediately and we can no longer publish to it. Posts already published on that network stay there — only you can remove them, from the network itself.
Delete a single post
Open Posts and press delete. This removes the post and its scheduling record from Sharing Tool. If it was already published, the live post remains on the network — delete it there as well if you want it gone.
Delete your whole account
Write to info@katreajans.net from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Account deletion. We delete your user record, your workspace, every connected account token, all posts and all publishing logs within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
Revoking access from the network's side
You can also cut access without touching Sharing Tool:
Facebook / Instagram / Threads: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Sharing Tool.
X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Revoke.
LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Remove.
After revoking, our stored token stops working and the account appears in your dashboard as needing reconnection.
