The service

Sharing Tool lets you schedule and publish posts to social networks you connect. It is provided by Katre Ajans.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything published through your account. Tell us at info@katreajans.net if you believe someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must be authorised to publish on behalf of any account you connect.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sharing Tool to publish content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, that constitutes spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or that violates the terms of the social networks you are publishing to.

Each network's own rules apply to everything you publish through us. If a network suspends your account for something you posted, that is between you and that network.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on the social networks' APIs, which can be rate-limited, changed or taken offline without notice.

We are not liable for a post that fails to publish, publishes late, or publishes to some networks and not others due to a platform outage or API change. The dashboard always shows you the actual status of every post.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store it and transmit it to the networks you selected, at the time you selected.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts our platform access at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul.
