This policy explains what Sharing Tool collects, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to the website and the scheduling dashboard.
Who we are
Sharing Tool is a social media scheduling tool operated by Katre Ajans. If you have questions about this policy or your data, write to info@katreajans.net.
What we collect
Account details. Your name, email address and a hashed password, so you can sign in. We never store your password in readable form.
Connected social accounts. When you connect a network we store the access token that network issues, plus your public account name, handle and avatar. We never receive or store your social media password.
The content you create. The posts you write, the media URLs you attach, their scheduled times, and the publishing result for each account.
Technical logs. Each publishing attempt is logged with its outcome so failures can be diagnosed and retried.
What we do with it
We use your data for exactly one purpose: publishing the posts you schedule to the accounts you connected, and showing you the result.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your content to train machine learning models. We do not read your direct messages.
Where it is stored
Your data is held in our own database on our own server infrastructure. Access tokens are stored so that scheduled posts can be published while you are offline — this is what makes scheduling possible at all.
We do not transfer your data to third parties except the social networks you explicitly connected, and only to publish the content you created.
How long we keep it
Account and post data is kept while your account is open. When you delete a connected social account, its access token is deleted immediately. When you delete your account, everything belonging to it is removed — see the data deletion page.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to info@katreajans.net. Under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK you may also request a copy of your data or object to its processing. We respond to such requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics on the dashboard.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced inside the dashboard.
